Trees of Life, 2011 Kings Park Festival

The 2011 Kings Park Festival celebrating Trees of Life (supporting the UN International Year of Forests) features a selection of 50 significant trees captured on camera by Richard. They are displayed prominently in Kings Park's Special Trees Outdoor Photography Exhibit, chosen for their botanical, cultural and/or historical significance. They are also featured in the Tree Guide Booklet at the Visitor Centre. Also launched was the Boodja Gnaring Walk, a self guided walk that explores the traditional Nyoongar ways of living off the land.
